“Indeed,
all of A.A.’s
Twelve Steps require
our sustained and
personal exertion
to conform to their
principles and so,
we trust, to God’s will.”

.
When it all comes together,
whether you did all of the steps in a day,
a week, a month, a year or more,
you will eventually have that ah ha moment
when you realize that God’s will is simple,
don’t drink alcohol.
The living part, living without the drink
may take a little more thought,
but according to those with long time,
good sobriety, it is really quite simple;
don’t drink, go to meetings
and help another alcoholic.
Today, keep it simple.
Recovery is one day at a time.
Sobriety is a blessing from our Higher Power.
