“Honesty with ourselves

and others

gets us sober,

but it is tolerance

that keeps us that way.”

As Bill Sees It p 312

What is it about us

that we always want to judge others.

My sponsor said, “If you spot it, you’ve got it.”

To some degree is is good to look at others,

but do not judge, just use the evaluation

to look at yourself and see what character

defects you may need to be working to correct.

Tolerate others, tolerate yourself, as long as everyone

is working to do the next right thing

we can all keep each other sober.

Recovery is honesty and tolerance.

Sobriety is a blessing form a Higher Power.
