Don’t Take It Personally

.

“There is

a huge amount

of freedom that

comes to you

when you take

nothing personally.”

.

~Don Miguel Ruiz

.

Personally, I like me, God likes me and

if you don’t like me, that’s your problem.

Even constructive criticism is your opinion

and the options of how I react to that opinion

rest personally with the free me.

Today, as long as I choose to do the next right thing,

I concern myself with doing the will of my Higher Power,

I can personally be happy, joyous and free.

Recovery is the freedom to be happy with yourself.

Sobriety is a blessing from a Higher Power.
