Promise # 11

.

We will intuitively

know how to handle

situations which

used to baffle us.”

.

BB, p.84

.

Better know as the Ninth Step promises,

it is understood that the sooner one works the steps,

honestly and to the best of their abilities,

the sooner the promises begin to come true.

No more panic stricken knee jerk reactions to

situations which were caused by the alcoholics

selfish and self-centered need to control life.

Sobriety gives the recovering soul some

new found patience and the ability

to better understand the causes

of those situations he must face.

Today, listen closely, God will give you the

strength and direction to handle every situation.

Recovery is one day at a time.

Sobriety is a blessing from our Higher Power.

ME and the Boss

.

And, if no one has told you yet today,

God loves you and so do we.
