Anonymity is the spiritual foundation

of all of our traditions and also the foundation

for a sobriety that is happy, joyous and free.

Recovery is always first,

followed closely by unity and service.

Today, do your part to attract those who seek help

by being the best example of the Big Book

they may ever see.

Recovery is one day at a time.

Sobriety is a blessing from our Higher Power.
