November Roses 023

“But we must

be careful not

to drift into

worry, remorse

or morbid reflection,

for that would

diminish our usefulness to others.”

BB,  p. 86

Alcohol is a depressant and if we dwell on our past sins

and allow the old stinking thinking to return

the quality of our sobriety and our lives

will be diminished.

If we cannot help ourselves,

how can we be able to help others.

Don’t just say the prayers, be the prayer,

live the prayer and be an example of what the

Big Book and the fellowship of A. A. is all about.

Today, beware of the negatives, don’t go there,

think forward, think positive and

when your spiritual foundation is strong

share your experience, strength and hope with

someone who needs it, knowing that you will

also benefit from the experience.

Recovery is one day at a time.

Sobriety is a blessing from our Higher Power.

ME and the Boss

And, if no one has told you yet today,

God loves you and so do we.
