We alcoholics see

that we must

work together

and hang together,

else most of us

will finally die alone.”

BB,   p. 561

From the beginning of the Big Book

until the very end,

one of the most important spiritual principles,

SERVICE, is emphasized over and over again.

The individual  alone cannot stay sober.

Serve yourself, serve your Higher Power,

serve another alcoholic and serve the fellowship

so that those who will be fortunate enough

to find the rooms will be able to see how it works.

Today, hang in there, be of service.

Recovery is one day at a time.

Sobriety is a blessing from our Higher Power.

ME and the Boss

And, if no one has told you yet today,

God loves you and so do we.
