that has to be achieved,

Even though the program of Alcoholics Anonymous

claims to be a suggested program, throughout the

Big Book and in other AA literature

there a more than a few must

that need to be accomplished if one wishes

to achieve and maintain sobriety and

a life that is happy, joyous and free.

Today, do not fear the must do,

just follow a few suggestions and be amazed

before you are half way through that

your life has changed for the better.

Recovery is one day at a time.

Sobriety is a blessing from our Higher Power.
