“By this time

in all probability

we have gained some

measure of release

from our more

devastating handicaps.

We enjoy moments in which

there is something like real peace of mind.”

Twelve and Twelve,   p. 74

Step Seven, prayer,

asking your Higher Power,

in His time and on His conditions,

that our defects of character be removed.

We must not ask that defects of our choice be removed

when we want them to be removed, we humbly ask that

He take all of them, the sooner the better and if there is

anything that we can do to facilitate their removal,

give us the strength and courage to do

the next right thing.

Today, be willing to let go and let God.

Recovery is one day at a time.

Sobriety is a blessing from our Higher Power.

ME and the Boss

And, if no one has told you yet today,

God loves you and so do we.
