“In A.A. we aim

not only for sobriety –

we try to become citizens

of the world we rejected,

and of the world that

once rejected us.”

As Bill Sees It, p. 21

A. A. is not just about putting down the alcohol,

it is learning how to live without the alcohol.

Stopping the habit of drinking alcoholically

is usually the easy part, the hard part is

staying stopped.

The entire aim of recovery is;

body, mind and soul,

to become the person that your Higher Power

wants you to be.

Today, in your morning prayers and meditation

ask for the strength, the courage and the guidance

to become the person you were meant to be.

Recovery is one day at a time.

Sobriety is a blessing from our Higher Power.

ME and the Boss

And, if no one has told you yet today,

God loves you and so do we.
