“One exercise that I practice
is to try for a full inventory
of my blessings and then
for a right acceptance of
the many gifts that are mine –
both temporal and spiritual.”
As Bill Sees It p 37
And more importantly,
to use those gifts to make this world
a better place for all.
a new way of thinking for most alcoholics.
The scales are not always even,
your good points vs. your bad side,
thusly, if you accentuate the positive
you can always tip the scales in your favor.
Today, do the exercise, count your blessings
and then thank you Higher Power for your sobriety.
Recovery is one day at a time.
Sobriety is a blessing from our Higher Power.

And, if no one has told you yet today,
God loves you and so do we.
