A Full Chance

“At last,

experience taught us

that to take away

any alcoholic’s full

chance for sobriety

in A.A. was sometimes

to pronounce his

death sentence, …”

Grapevine, August 1946
As Bill Sees It p. 41

We cannot deny anyone the opportunity

to join the fellowship and seek to be sober.

This is our primary principle and it cannot

be ignored because someone has a rotten personality.

Ironically, don’t most alcoholics who are

in early sobriety have rotten personalities ? ? ?

Egomaniacs who suffer with an inferiority complex

are not usually very personable.

Today, be patient, be tolerant and deny no one

the chance to find the program of A. A. .

Recovery is one day at a time.

Sobriety is a blessing from our Higher Power.

ME and the Boss

And, if no one has told you yet today,

God loves you and so do we.
