“Were we kind and loving toward all?
What could we have done better?
Were we thinking of ourselves
most of the time?
Or were we thinking of what
we could do for others,
of what we could pack into
the stream of life?”
BB p 86
When alcohol ruled the world
the drunk had no choices.
In recovery we learn to make healthy choices;
going with nice people to nice places and doing
those things that make the world
a better place for all.
The daily inventory keeps our focus on
assuring us that we are making the right choices.
Today, pray, meditate and thank your Higher Power
for giving you the chance to make healthy choices.
Recovery is one day at a time.
Sobriety is a blessing from our Higher Power.

And, if no one has told you yet today,
God loves you and so do we.
