“There are many helpful books also.

Suggestions about these may be

obtained from one’s priest,

minister, or rabbi.

Be quick to see where religious

St. Thomas Aquinas,

“Beware of the man with only one book.”

Open-minded, willing to listen to learn

and honestly practicing what you believe

can move you to be influenced by books:

historical, fictional, poetic, musical, motivational,

or any other genre you may choose.

Today, read, expand your horizons,

and become the sober person

your Higher Power wants you to be.

Recovery is one day at a time.

Sobriety is a blessing from our Higher Power.

ME and the Boss
