The Rallying Point

4-19 Tampa Wat 016

Therefore, Step Two

is the rallying point

for all of us.

Whether agnostic, atheist,

or former believer,

we can stand together

on this Step.

Our best thinking landed us in the rooms of A. A. .

Once we accept that we are alcoholic,

that our lives are unmanageable it becomes

too obvious that we must change

our stinking thinking.

Although we may stand together

to strengthen our resolve as we battle the disease

the simple spiritual program of A. A. allows us to

take what we need from those who have gone before us

and develop our own understanding of a Higher Power.

Today, change your thinking and be willing to stand together

with those in the fellowship so that we may all stay sober.

Recovery is one day at a time.

Sobriety is a blessing from our Higher Power.

And, if no one has told you yet today,

God loves you and so do we.
