We Have Admitted

Lowes flowers 4-09 075

“This requires action

on our part, which,

when completed,

will mean that

we have admitted

to God, to ourselves,

and to another human being,

the exact nature of our defects.”

BB p 72

Admitted to God, He already knew.

Admitted to ourselves, no more denying it.

Admitted to another human being,

if it has a name somebody has already done it

and the relief one receives from this exercise

no one has yet to explain adequately how it works

even though many a smart person has tried.

Today, just do the action, receive the reward

and thank your Higher Power for the chance to

enjoy a life that is happy, joyous and free.

Recovery is one day at a time.

Sobriety is a blessing from our Higher Power.

ME and the Boss

And, if no one has told you yet today,

God loves you and so do we.
