“Those who do not recover
are people who cannot
or will not completely
give themselves to this
usually men and women
who are constitutionally
incapable of being honest
BB p 58
Most alcoholics began their drinking careers
having a drink or two every once in awhile and then,
as the disease progress, they crossed that line
where instead of them controlling the drink,
the drink controlled them.
Unfortunately, for some, they crossed so far over the line
that they no longer could distinguish reality from the lie,
the truth was beyond their comprehension.
Never give up hope, every recovering alcoholic
is a mircle who had once crossed that line
and, by the grace of God,
were restored to honest and sane thinking
by reading the book and working a program.
Recovery is one day at a time.
Sobriety is a blessing from our Higher Power.

God loves you and so do we.
