“There are those,

too, who suffer from

grave emotional and

mental disorders,

but many of them

do recover if they

have the capacity

to be honest.”

BB p 58

Was I crazy and drank too much alcohol or

did drinking all that alcohol make me crazy ???

It really does not matter which came first,

the chicken or the egg, what matters is that

upon reaching the rooms of AA most drunks

are both alcoholic and crazy and honesty is the

first step towards recovering a sane and sober

way of living.

Today, be honest, don’t drink, follow a few suggestions

and enjoy a new life that is beyond your wildest dreams.

Always remember, nightmares are crazy,

dreams are what we live for.

Recovery is one day at a time.

Sobriety is a blessing from our Higher Power.

ME and the Boss

And, if no one has told you yet today,

God loves you and so do we.
