Sobriety First

“He saw that he had

to place the outcome

in God’s hands

or he would soon

start drinking again,

and all would be lost

BB p 80

Our secrets will keep us drunk.

To make amends or not to make amends

that is the question ???

Do the next right thing,

follow the suggestions in the Big Book,

talk to your sponsor and your support group,

discuss it with the family and when all else

seems confusing, pray and meditate.

Prayer is asking for guidance,

meditation is listening for the answer to your prayer.

Today, have faith, God will keep you sober

if you ask him to.

Recovery is one day at a time.

Sobriety is a blessing from our Higher Power.

ME and the Boss

And, if no one has told you yet today,

God loves you and so do we.
