In His Own Language

“Each individual,

in the personal stories,

describes in his own language

and from his own point of view

the way he established

his relationship with God.”

BB p 29

In the Fourth Edition there are 42 individual stories which

reinforce and illustrate how the first 164 pages of the BB

and the fellowship of AA helped them achieve recovery from alcoholism.

The most important point is that each individual had their own story,

their own path, their own bottoms, their personal revelations

of a Power greater than themselves that could restore them to sanity

and could relieve them from a bondage of self.

Today, need reinforcement of you program,

read a story from the second half of the book

and take a few suggestions from those

that have been there and done that.

Recovery is one day at a time.

Sobriety is a blessing from our Higher Power.

God loves you and so do we.
