“For the type of alcoholic

who is able and willing

to get well,

little charity,

in the ordinary sense

of the word,

is needed or wanted.”

BB p 97 & 98

You cannot give another soul sobriety.

Those alcoholics who have achieved sobriety have

wanted to get sober and were willing to work for it.

The only charitable act is a selfish one that says

I cannot keep my sobriety unless I give it away.

The fellowship thrives because no one is expected

to give hand outs, they are ask to give hands up to

the soul who is seeking a better way of living.

Today, be charitable, go to a meeting and share

your experience, strength and hope.

Recovery is one day at a time.

Sobriety is a blessing from our Higher Power.

ME and the Boss

And, if no one has told you yet today,

God loves you and so do we.
