Some of us once had

great self-confidence,

but it didn’t fully

solve the fear problem,

or any other.

When it made us cocky,

it was worse.”

BB p 68

The typical alcoholic is and egomaniac

who suffers with an inferiority complex.

The alcoholic thinks but rarely feels, therefore,

when the fear problem arose there was no defense.

Today, clear the wreckage of the past, learn to feel,

and when feelings arise that we do not know how to handle,

let go and let God handle them.

When given direction to act,

my Higher Power talks to me trough

the experience, strength and hope of other people,

do so with the motive of doing the next right thing

and do so without fear.

Recovery is one day at a time.

Sobriety is a blessing from our Higher Power.

ME and the Boss

And, if no one has told you yet today,

God loves you and so do we.
