Your Fired

“It boils right down to this:

No man should be fired

just because he is alcoholic.

If he wants to stop, he should

be afforded a real chance.

If he cannot or does not

want to stop,

he should be discharged.

The exceptions are few.”

~ BB p 148

Consequences; drinking alcohol impairs the mind

and body and leads to errors in judgment,

and a number of other bad things;

things which invariably cost time and money.

There is no room anywhere in this world for an impaired alcoholic

except for jails or institutions.

Have faith, your loving Higher Power put you on this earth

to do his will, to make this world a better place,

and no alcoholic can do this if he is drinking.

Today, avoid impairment, don’t drink.

Recovery is one day at a time.

Sobriety is a blessing from our Higher Power.

ME and the Boss

And, if no one has told you yet today,

God loves you and so do we.
