The Review

“We reviewed

our own conduct

over the years past.

Where had we been

selfish, dishonest,

or inconsiderate?

Whom had we hurt?

BB p 69

It is always someone else’s fault

until one sobers up and is ask to figure out

‘what part did I play in this story ?’

When we begin to understand how the disease

manipulated our thinking, our motives, our moral character

it is only then that we must become humble

and accept the consequences of our actions.

Today, stay in today, do not repeat old habits.

Recovery is one day at a time.

Sobriety is a blessing from our Higher Power.

ME and the Boss

And, if no one has told you yet today,

God loves you and so do we.
