“Of what

are the

you can

Henry David Thoreau

How important is it anyhow ??

Am I making a mountain out of a mole hill ??

There are some things you just cannot forget.

There are some things you should forget.

There is a difference between not forgetting something

and dwelling or obsessing upon it.

By dwelling or obsessing on something you are

giving up the chance to enjoy life.

Obsessions become vices, ( gambling, sex, eating, drugs, alcohol etc…)

What we once did to forget, now becomes an addiction.

Now we can’t remember what we were trying to forget.

When you are ready and you recognize the need to change,

your Higher Power will give you the strength to reach out

and ask for help.

No one can change their self by their self.

When three people tell you that you should forget it,

God is giving you a message.

The choice is up to you.

Let go and let God.

When we finally remember what we were trying to forget,

we usually find unfounded fears that with the help of friends

and a loving Higher Power, we can forget.

Those lessons which we should not forget need to be visited

when necessary, not obsessed over.

Prayer for today.

God don’t let me obsess over (insert your vice of choice) today.

Enough said.

“Do more than belong: participate.
Do more than care: help.
Do more than believe: practice.
Do more than be fair: be kind.
Do more than dream: work.
Do more than forgive: forget.”
~ William Arthur Ward

Humbly ask your Higher Power to allow you to enjoy living.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
