Forget Everything And Run.

The more out of control our lives become, the more we fear.

The simple rules for staying in control and eliminating fear:

1.) Know and repeat the Serenity Prayer.

“God, grant me the serenity
to accept the things
I cannot change
Courage to change the
things I can, and
Wisdom to know the difference.”

The key is to accept others for who and what they are and to

change the only thing you have control over, yourself and your attitude.

Also, learn to accept that nothing happens in this world

that is not the will of your Higher Power.

The wise man in the storm prays to God,
not for safety from danger,
but for deliverance from fear.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson

2.) Learn how to live life on life’s terms.

Fear comes from not knowing.

Know that you cannot predict or know what others will do,

therefore, avoid those people who are out of control.

The crazy and the uncontrolled cannot be helped if they

do not want the help or are unwilling to know.

Know that a loving Higher Power will give you the chances

that you need to make to have success, the choices will be yours.

Hang out with successful people and heed their advice.

“Live, let live, and help live”
Ralph Waldo Emerson

3).Have courage and patience.

Be brave, have courage and ask others for guidance when you

are about to face the unknown.

Sitting alone in a corner, creating mental nightmares about

what might happen, is good cause for you to become fearful.

Listen to what others say.

What people, The Book, the burning bush, Mother Nature,

or your pet are saying is God’s answer to your prayers,

even if you forgot to pray.

Be patient, God will give you Good Orderly Direction,

in his time, not yours.

“Fear is pain arising from the anticipation of evil.”
Aristotle

Evil picks on the weak and unknowing.

Everyone who is left alone is weak and vulnerable.

Join, unite with your family to support each other.

Become a member of your community, your church, mosque,

synagogue, wat, temple or cult that is interested in guiding

your spirit to a happy and joyous life, here and forever.

Happy and joyous is having no fear.

Happy and joyous is loving and being loved.

Those who love you will protect you from evil and fear.

“If you look into your own heart,
you find nothing wrong there,
what is there to fear?”
Confucius

Fear is forgetting God.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
