Poetry – Day Twenty-four

For the entire month
of April, 2013,
this will be my daily
home as I attempt
to write

as challenged
by a few of my
blogger friends.

The daily motivational, spiritual post will be continued at :

Day 24

A poem ought to be well made at first,
for there is many a one to spoil it afterwards. ~Irish Proverb

Was it what I meant
Or was it how you read it
Don’t spoil the thought

Meant to
My soul exposed
Seeking the right word

is it the end, to reflect
is it the beginning, to recharge.

the sun makes the day,
twenty-four hours
the moon has it’s own play,
twenty-eight days

who made the week ???
and why should we guess ???

One day at a time
regardless of name
never done in pantomime
hopefully never the same

You make your week
and why should we stress ???

is it the start, to project
is it the trend, by and large

Another day, another ???

Love, hugs and prayers…ME and the Boss
